GEAR RENTAL

All rental rates begin with a 2 day period (48 hours) and additional day fees and weekly terms are available.  Late returns will be charged accordingly. 

Cancellations will receive a full refund if cancelled prior to one week before reservation date.  Changes in dates will be accommodated if available.  If a reservation is cancelled, or disregarded, with less than one week notice, deposit becomes nonrefundable. 

Gear will be rented in good condition, clean, and free from damage.  North Georgia Mountain Outfitters requests that you inspect all rented items before leaving the store.  After signing the rental contract, the renter will assume all liability for the rented gear.  Upon return, North Georgia Mountain Outfitters will inspect all equipment.  All gear should be clean, dry, and free from damage.  In the case of tent rentals, we will be happy to set up the tent you are renting, for inspection, as well as to demonstrate the proper way to set it up.  A signed rental agreement & liability release form, a valid driver's license, and security deposit in the form of cash, check, or credit card are required to rent equipment.  The deposit will be returned upon the return of the clean, dry, and undamaged gear.  Please contact us for all North Georgia Mountain Outfitters gear rental policies.  We will also be happy to apply your rental fees from a single contract to the purchase of similar new gear.  For further information please stop by, email us at info@hikenorthgeorgia.com, or call us at 706-698-HIKE(4453).
